Music and The Arts Scholarships
Ian Minnick was a skilled musician and creative thinker, pursuing a degree in Digital Media Production at Kent State University until his death at age 22. Ian was a 2015 graduate of Riverside High School in Painesville, Ohio.
The Ian's Legacy Foundation supports the creation, performance, and study of music and the creative arts through scholarships and grants. By giving back to others, we honor Ian by continuing to inspire students in their musical or artistic pursuits. Creative outlets are so important for many children and young adults in a normal year. This year it's even more important for emotional and mental health.
The Foundation, a nonprofit 501c3, also contributes to nonprofit organizations which educate and support families and individuals with substance use disorders.
